Description
Tasting notes: fine bubbles, ruby colour, at first nose we discover fruity, sweet and floral notes. On the second nose, notes of vanilla and red fruits dominate. On the palate, the acidulous apple dominates, followed by notes of strawberry, blackcurrant, raspberry and finally mandarin. Good length in mouth and good aromatic power, little sugar.
Serve chilled between 8C and 12C as an aperitif or with poultry in sauce, vegetable curry, sushi or apple-based desserts.
This product is made of local Vaud apples and apples from the Citrus Farm.
