Buddha’s hand: or cédrat sarcodactilis. Fruit without pulp, juice or seeds. Very popular with italians who eat it with carpaccio marinated in coarse salt with a drizzle of olive oil, fresh rosemary or thyme, a few big capers and black olives, seafood dishes and fried foods (tempura).
