Black rosehips and lemon jam
The black rosehip is the fruit of a rare variety of rosebush native of Iran. This is an original recipe developed by House Niels Rodin in 2017. This jam has a rich and silky texture with a flavourful aroma of black cherry, blackcurrant, and candied plum. Can be well served with wild game meat and hard cheese or simply to enjoy with a spoon!
