Here are some recipe ideas for our Yuzu Liqueur

    Yuzu whisky sour

    A classic revisited with a lot of character that will delight the demanding palates

    • 2cl whiskey
    • 2cl liqueur de yuzu
    • 2cl lemon juice
    • 2cl maple syrup
    • 1/2 egg white

    Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes, shake vigorously and serve while the mousse is still smooth. Accompany with a slice of dried citrus fruit or a rolled lemon peel

    Japanese Sour

    From Raphael Ritz, original creation of LCC (Lausanne Cocktail Club)

      • 4cl liqueur de yuzu
      • 4cl sake
      • 2cl lemon juice
      • 1cl sugar syrup
      • 3 dashes cherry bitters
      • 1 egg white

    Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes, shake vigorously and serve while the mousse is still smooth. Accompany with a slice of dried citrus fruit or a rolled lemon peel

     

    Yuzu Spritz

    So refreshing, perfect as an aperitif or for long evenings on the terrace

    • 2cl Liqueur de Yuzu
    • 2cl Prosecco
    • 2cl sparkling water

    In a stem glass filled with ice, pour in order the Yuzu Liqueur, the Prosecco (or any other sparkling wine) and top up with the sparkling water. Decorate with a few fresh mint leaves.
